Treatment Outcomes Profile
Treatment Outcomes Profile (TOP) is a treatment outcomes monitoring instrument developed as part of NDTMS.
It is to be used at the start of treatment, in care plan reviews and on discharge; it is reported through the routine monthly NDTMS data submissions.
