Methodology for the analysis of the 2008/09 National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) dataset

This short report outlines the methodology used for the analysis of the South East 2008/09 NDTMS dataset. The methodology is based closely on that used by the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse (NTA), but does differ slightly, so figures published by DTMU may not match exactly to ones published by the NTA.
