Treatment Outcomes Profile
Treatment Outcomes Profile (TOP) is a treatment outcomes monitoring instrument developed by the NTA.
It is to be used at the start of treatment, in care plan reviews and on discharge and will be reported through the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS).
